Your IBAN is your "international banking account number". It's what you need to send money abroad or if you receive money from abroad. It should be on your statement. The BIC is the "bank identifier code". It's the same thing, really. Normally you only need one or the other. If you need both you might have to call your bank because it's not always on British bank statements (it's more of an American thing. They use those and SWIFT codes). Calling your bank will be the best bet. Hope that helps.

It says I need both which sucks, okay I’ll just have to be brave and phone. I hate phoning banks, I usually end up agreeing to something that I don’t understand.
